PER DIEM STAFFING
The fact is that, there is a critical need for new nurses. Preparing nurses for practice takes at-least one and a half years for Licensed Practical Nurses, at-least three years for Associates Degree Nurses and up to four years for Bachelors Degree Nurses. However, the reality is, we are not producing nurses at the demand rate. Our pioneer nurse reserve per diem program ensures that you have equally experienced nurses available to fill schedule gaps.
